DMCA Policy for Blueberry Lemon Baked French Toast

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing content.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content concerning "Blueberry Lemon Baked French Toast" was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in 10 to 14 business days unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
